Aparna Divakar

Aparna has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand. She currently works as the Manager of Global Partnerships for GARV Toilets, a social startup working in the smart sanitation space. She has volunteered for organisations working for education and has experience working with farmer co-operatives.


Shradha Shreejaya

Shradha Shreejaya

Shradha is a graduate in Biochemistry and has a Masters degree in Ecology and Environmental Sciences. Her previous work areas have been in national environmental policies waste management and sanitation in Tamil Nadu, zero waste and climate action in Kerala. She’s also the founding campaigner at Sustainable Menstruation Kerala Collective (SMKC) and founding member of Women in Conservation and Climate Action Network (WICCANs).



Sreya Mariyam Salim

Sreya is an MBBS graduate from Government Medical College, Kozhikode. She is an activist involved in the advocacy of Sustainable Menstruation in Kerala. Sreya, the former Vice-Chairperson and Editor of the GMCK College Union, had earlier lead a campaign named ‘Haiku’ which marked the beginning of Periods Movements in Kerala. She currently does her internship in GMC – Kozhikode.



Meemansa Singh

Meemansa is a law student doing her BA LLB from JSS Law College, Mysuru. She has had internship experiences in Apne Aap Women Worldwide, Human Rights Law Network (HRLN), the Calcutta High Court and the Supreme Court of India. Meemansa is also a former Cadet in National Cadet Corps (NCC).



Arjun Unnikrishnan

Arjun is a law student pursuing his BBA LLB from JSS Law College, Mysuru. Arjun is the co-founder of The Red Cycle. He has had internship experiences in NGOs like Goonj, Apne Aap Women Worldwide and People’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL).



Shibili Suhanah

Suhanah is majoring in Criminology and Forensic Science, Psychology and Rural development in School of Social Work – Roshni Nilaya, Mangaluru. She is currently the COO of Wish Foundation (Women’s Initiative for Success and Happiness) and the Chairperson of Oru Roopa, an NGO that aims to bridge the gap of educational inequality.



Vivek N

Vivek is an analyst by profession, having work experience in some of the major MNCs. He is an MBA graduate from College of Engineering, Trivandrum (CET), and founding campaigner at Sustainable Menstruation Kerala Collective (SMKC).
